I normally don't give negative reviews or not the type who complains but this place has canceled my parents ' eye exam apointment TWICE at the last minute. I dont care what their excuses are because it is unacceptable to cancel TWICE. I feel they would cancel on customers who are paid by MSP covers to get customers who would purchase glasses with them. It is unethical. Please value people 's time life. I have to plan my Sundays for these appointments and my senior parents need their eye checked. I'm sorry but this place sucks!

In the past, going for an eye exam or getting glasses had always been a dreadful experience, but going to Specsavers in Coquitlam Mall made the whole process painless and pleasant. I've decided that this is the only place for eye exams and glasses for me; and it doesn't hurt that everything was super affordable (snagged their boxing week deal)! I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Dr. Gandham, Joseph, Grace, and Ariel, for all your help and wonderful service! You've all made my day! :D

I came to Specsavers for an eye exam and was treated very well. Grace helped me book the appointment, pick out glasses and different options. Once I picked them up, Grace helped adjust and ensure they fit right. It’s like crystal clear HD vision when wearing both the reading glasses and sunglasses. Much appreciated, Grace!!
