  I was in the market for a new set of hearing aids. I have been a client of Connect Hearing for many, many years (decades). The current advertising is that the newest version of hearing aids is so improved that I will notice a huge difference. I was not convinced that the newest version is all that but after speaking with Kim at the Austin Ave office... I was convinced to try the new ones. Since Kim wears hearing aids...she speaks from experience. She spent as long as I needed (which was a lengthy session) explaining every aspect of the new version and the full refund policy with the 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Kim was awesome and deserves to recognized for her excellent customer service! Thank you Kim!
