- DSDylan SantiniSep 4, 20251.0My wife called to see if we could get an emergency refill on one of my medications and the woman on the phone was insanely rude. She cut off my wife while speaking several times saying “yea, got it” and when she finally agreed to refill that prescription, my wife said “okay, my husband will be there in an hour” the employee cut her off once more saying “that’d be great thanks” and hanging up the phone. Very poor customer service during that phone call. Usually they are very nice. But that was a little much.
- GMGerry MarkFeb 22, 20253.0PHARMACY DANGER. I was ASSURED a month or so previously by an employee that I had a prescription for antibiotics on file ready and waiting. I went for surgery, I proceeded to save-on pharmacy for my antibiotics. They tell me nothing is on file and I have to suffer. No doctor is available on weekends and mine is an extremely long wait. Do not trust a word about your file, other than that, the service has always been five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
