  I visited this pharmacy at 39 weeks pregnant to purchase nicotine pouches for my husband. I waited in line for my turn, and when I reached the counter, the pharmacist asked me to step aside so she could ring through another customer first. While that was frustrating, I agreed and waited. When it was finally my turn, I asked for nicotine pouches. The pharmacist very clearly looked me up and down and, in a loud and aggressive tone, asked whether I “should be using nicotine products while pregnant.” The comment was made publicly and unprofessionally with many people around, which felt extremely judgmental and inappropriate. I responded that the product was for my husband. She then laughed. The interaction was unnecessary, embarrassing, and handled in a way that lacked discretion and basic customer respect. If there were a genuine health concern, it could have been addressed privately and professionally. Instead, it felt accusatory and humiliating. I expect healthcare professionals to communicate concerns respectfully and confidentially, especially with vulnerable patients.

  This Save-On-Foods food would not let me shop their cause I have a service dog, they are rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again
