  Lena is an amazing personal trainer. I noticed results right away. She is very flexible with my schedule as I am a stage 4 cancer patient and sometimes need to switch sessions at a short notice. I love the facility and feel so much better about myself and my heath because of this Gym.

  Skyla is the best personal trainer. She is kind, motivating and professional. I have been with her for several months and lost 40 lbs. Matthew at the front desk is also so sweet and friendly. He always takes a genuine interest to ask how your day is. The gym itself has lots to offer and great equipment and variety. It would be nice if the hours on the weekend were a bit longer. All the members are wonderful but need to make more of an effort to clean up when they are done using equipment and put their wipes in the garbage. There needs to be a bit more regular clean up.

  Love this gym the equipment is amazing as it is still new and maintained, has natural light, lots of space, members have great etiquette, the only negative for me is the shower heads really suck and hardly and water comes thru its like your not taking a shower its a sprinkle lol no point , really wish they’d change them, I also noticed other women don’t use the showers there… mist be for same reason? So glad to have such a pretty, high-end feeling gym out here though in the valley! As a bodybuilder you gotta check out the machines.

  Been amazing experience so far just signed up tonight but the staff has been so helpful and there was no pressure but they were thorough in sharing info would recommend this gym
