  Great gym. Drop in price is a tad steep as a visitor from out of town. But cannot deny the quality and cleanliness of the facility. Even full of people there was usually a station available for multiple movements.

  We joined in January very impressed how clean and well-run this establishment is highly recommended my wife is working with a personal trainer and loves it

  Lena is an amazing personal trainer. I noticed results right away. She is very flexible with my schedule as I am a stage 4 cancer patient and sometimes need to switch sessions at a short notice. I love the facility and feel so much better about myself and my heath because of this Gym.

  Skyla is the best personal trainer. She is kind, motivating and professional. I have been with her for several months and lost 40 lbs. Matthew at the front desk is also so sweet and friendly. He always takes a genuine interest to ask how your day is. The gym itself has lots to offer and great equipment and variety. It would be nice if the hours on the weekend were a bit longer. All the members are wonderful but need to make more of an effort to clean up when they are done using equipment and put their wipes in the garbage. There needs to be a bit more regular clean up.
