- PHPamela HazelwoodFeb 21, 20261.0I shopped at Spec Savers in Campbell River because they had frames I liked. I had to go back over 10 times to attempt to have them adjusted to fit properly. Every time I had them adjusted they managed to make them worse and create problems that weren't there before and then for the staff including the manager to only be short with me and say in the end that I should simply pick out new frames. The frames weren't the problem. Out of frustration and their lack of knowledge and terrible service I went elsewhere to have my frames adjusted. No issues after that. I definitely would not recommend Spec Savers If you expect professional kind service.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.

If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
