  I had a great experience at Specsavers thanks to Mona. She is incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, and her customer service is truly outstanding. My family and I always come here whenever we need an eye exam or want to buy glasses—whether prescription or sunglasses. Mona always greets us with a warm smile and takes the time to make sure we’re comfortable and happy with our choices. We really appreciate her kindness and dedication. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Mona!

  My wife and I stopped by today to purchase frames to replace our son's which were broken. As soon as we walked in the person who served us ( unfortunately I did not get her name) sent a vibe like she didn't really want to be there. Explained what we wanted, she did try to show us a couple of frames. Then I asked could they just put the lenses in the new frames....she chuckled and said no. We just walked out and tried Walmart Optical. Not only did they find frames, she also put the old lenses into the new frame. Sorry to say we're taking our future business to Walmart Optical truly based on the customer service..Farewell Specsavers..

  I got new glasses from this location and glasses make me sick and gave me a headache Makes me think the prescription is wrong or focal point is off. They have many employees in this location that speak poor English and aren't very knowledgeable about glasses in general but are there to push sales of cheap looking frames. I had Coach glasses changed to new prescription there and wouldn't recommend using this location or possibly any other Spec Savers.

  I had a mixed experience here. On my first visit over a week ago, the staff were kind and helpful. They checked my vision plan and explained what information I needed. At that time, I realized I was missing the contract number for one of my insurance providers, so I returned later once everything was prepared. On my second visit, however, the experience was less positive. I was told to check with my insurance provider myself, and the staff were unwilling to review the digital version on my phone, even though it had been accepted during my first visit. This inconsistency was confusing and made the process more difficult than expected. When I returned again, the manager stepped in and tried to assist, but I was mainly advised to check the information myself and book the appointment online. As a newcomer to Canada with English as my second language, I am still learning how the healthcare and insurance system works, so I was hoping for a bit more support and clearer communication.
