I picked up my glasses today, I was not seated only given my glasses at the cash register. I paid over 800 including insurance benefits. To only have my nose piece adjusted was a joke. I understand my eyes need to adjust to my new prescription how I got dizzy. 4 hrs later I am now at the Metrotown location. Right away the person adjusted my painful glasses arms. I will NEVER go back to Oakridge to see Li. I’ll drive the extra miles for Metrotown. Oakridge lost my business

I received excellent customer service both times with Yvonne. The store was busy but Amazed how fast she handled my needs at time of visit without making me feel rushed.
