While a pharmacy's products may be the same everywhere, the quality of its customer service, knowledge, and advice is what truly sets it apart. Vicki definitely sets a new standard. Her customer service was amazing, especially when an issue arose with my insurance provider. She patiently and clearly explained what had happened and outlined the exact steps needed to resolve the problem. Where she truly excelled was in her exceptional knowledge. She took the time to go over my prescription in detail, ensuring I was fully educated on the pros and cons of each medication. Her pleasant and personable demeanor made the entire experience a memorable one. I sincerely hope other pharmacists at this location are as outstanding as Vicki. Thanks to her, I will definitely be a returning customer for all my future pharmacy needs.
