Shefali was able to provide me with exceptional service and a very pleasant experience in getting my crizal lenses replaced under warranty. She was easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. She turned a frustrating experience from when I tried to get warranty lenses at LensCrafters Coquitlam Centre to an overly pleasant experience at the Metrotown location. Going forward, I will only be doing business with the Metrotown location because I felt like a valued customer here!
