The staff Jaryd and his coworker (she is very kind but I didn't catch her name; she has long black hair). Not only my request was well handled, the coworker also proactively went to check in the availability of my lenses aiming to shorten the completion time as the lab technician who performed the lenses processing is usually on site twice a week only. Luckily the lenses were in stock when the technician was in store as well on that day. So the repair was completed and glasses were ready for pickup on that day. Appreciate very much the proactive and professional approach leading to an satisfactory outcome and gaining another happy customer.

Manjit was very kind, always made sure I was taken care of on the multiple times I came in to shop around. He was so good at assessing my face and making the right suggestion for a new look. I feel like a new person, the glasses are bold, young and professional. The vision is crisp and they sit on my face perfectly. They do have a 30 day money back guarantee, but I won’t be using it. Excellent service, great selection of higher end frames.

I also noticed the two other staff members were extremely helpful and kind to other guests. Highly recommend this location, and especially Jocelyn!
