I really enjoy club 16 the gym is kept nice and clean lots of equipment good staff... But... I wish management would work toward some kind of policy where if you need to use your phones move to the side and not use them on the machines I'm not alone to complain about how much time is wasted with people just sitting on the equipment just using phones.. If you feel the need to be on your phone vacate the equipment... Thanks for listening.

I’ve been a member at Club 16 for a while and overall it’s an affordable gym, but the experience for women needs improvement. The women’s section doesn’t have enough equipment compared to the rest of the gym, especially when it gets busy. It often feels limited for anyone trying to do a full workout without waiting a long time or having to switch areas.
Another ongoing issue is the scale in the women’s change room. it doesn’t work most of the time, which is frustrating for members who track their progress regularly. I really hope Club 16 considers adding more equipment for women and maintaining the existing facilities better. A small investment in these areas would make a big difference in member satisfaction.

The internet service at this club is the worst I have ever experienced. The connection constantly disconnects and reconnects, and even when it does connect, the speed is extremely slow. I was unable to load even a single photo. This issue significantly affects the overall experience and really needs to be improved.

I’ve completed about 3 months at Club16 Burnaby, and the experience has been very positive. I can clearly feel improved flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness, which was my primary goal when I started.
A special mention for Kristin, my personal trainer. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in her clients’ progress. What stands out is her ability to remember even minute details about my health and physical condition, and then design exercises accordingly. The workouts always feel thoughtful, safe, and purposeful.
