  Jess is very good at setting up appts & readjusting them when needed. Eric gave a very good hearing test as he has A+ CS skills & great expertise in knowledge about hearing. He explained all the steps for my successful hearing test. He explained the result in great detail & made it easy to understand. Thanks Eric for making the process of the test user friendly & easy to experience & understand.

  Had my hearing tested in early February. Was a bit nervous -- had my hearing tested 10 years ago -- worried I would not hear the beeps. Eric was great -- very calming, entertaining, and knowledgeable. So glad I got my ears tested today!

  Had a problem with my hearing and had to get a test done. The staff at the Burnaby location were very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I strongly recommend going to see them as they are professional, organized and use various technology to test hearing.

  I’m blown away by the smooth and amazing service. Eric was amazing. And he didn’t roll his eyes at me when I said I could hear tones but not speech. Been saying it for years that I can’t hear but the tests my docs send me to only tested for tone in a dead quiet situation. So apparently the tests show I really can’t hear. I’m not just imagining it. It’s not just lack of paying attention. I really don’t hear. 😆 finally mom can’t say I have selective hearing lmao. It all started with a Facebook ad. For free hearing test for those over 40 and after a bit of asking it’s free test and free trial for 30 days with the hopes that it helps you, that you notice its difference in your daily life and activities and that you’ll subsequently end up keeping them. Obviously you can be concerned if there’s anything upfront. There isn’t. No costs at all upfront. I was not aware we walk away with hearing aid same day though. That was just amazing. I walked in around 1:30 pm and at 4 pm I’d been tested and fitted with a device. And apparently they can even connect you with resources and options for financial help etc. First step. Just get yourself tested. It’s free to be tested. Take it one step at a time. Oh. And they don’t make grandma style hearing aids only. You can have trendy hidden in ear pieces that come in colors. Being very self conscious and refusing to be seen as un-abled I had put off doing hearing aids for years. I’m glad I did it today. Highly recommend. From time I reached out on Facebook to contacting me was less than 24 hours and within 1 week I was booked and seen and fitted.
