I went in because I lost a tiny screw in my glasses, a crucial component that was holding the lens in place. I went in and Antonio came to my rescue and replaced that tiny screw for me, free of charge. Amazing customer service, thanks again!

To experience high pressure sales pitch just express your shock at the surprisingly high prices, like $150 for reading lenses for my old frames. They don't care. You will find you spend more than you thought. Good idea to do comparison shopping. I don't think you can do worse. They take their experience & your money & turn it into your experience and their money. So sad this seems to be getting common.😌😳😳😳
