As someone with long term injuries, the biggest lesson I’ve learned from working with John, is the understanding of when to go and when to slow down.If you want to train with someone who will go at your own pace and truly listen to you and your discomforts, I couldn’t recommend John more.

These guys oversold a plan to my girlfriend who was visiting Canada for a few months, being well aware she doesn’t speak English well. She mentioned she only wants a month to month plan, they still pressurized her to go for a personal trainer where the payments will be divided in 12 months, and they quoted “it will be month to month and you don’t have to pay once you leave here”. Eventually when I saw the charges even after leaving I spoke to a rep named Karen who apologized and said there has been miscommunication from the sales rep who sold her the plan, she said it was the personal trainer who sold her the plan and he has been relieved and doesn’t work there anymore (I spoke to the trainer he laughed on the phone and said he still works there) staff is well known for lying I can say. I am all in for overselling and getting your targets done but atleast be clear enough when the person’s first language is not even English. (They said the Management will reach out a month ago but not a single call, I did get a call though from a sales rep asking I would want to join Club16 lmao).
I had the pleasure of having Ada as my personal trainer for the last 4 months. I started with zero knowledge. She built my confidence and always cheered me on, looked over my nutrition to ensure I was eating enough protein and being good on my overall diet, made sure to check my form and made adjustments to the routine if something didn't feel right. She would clearly explain where I should feel each exercise. Whenever I was struggling with certain exercises, she give me additional programs so I could work on accessory muscles. She kept me motivated to go to the gym and knew when to push me harder, helping me get from not being flexible enough lift a bar to being able to squat 125 lbs. This was hands down the best money I've ever spent and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive, knowledgeable and dedicated trainer.
The gym itself is good specially after the new layout which lowed for more machines and a better distribution of people. BUT they still lose 2 stars for having the worse parking lot experience I have ever seen at a commercial parking lot... Be ready to wait on your car 20 minutes + for a spot or park and walk far away from the gym... They also dont seem to be really adressing this issue since according to previous reviews these has been on going for A LONG TIME

Joined recently and the experience has been great.
Rubab's communication made the sign-up process smooth and welcoming. My trainer, Surya, is both highly knowledgeable and patient, helping me build a clear, purposeful plan for my goals.
On busy days, there’s ample parking space about three blocks away if the main lot is full.
It would be great to see non-contact taps or paper napkins added to the washrooms for better hygiene.
