  Very poor service... Ordered sandwiches and platters.. Very disorganized, kept sending us back and forth from customer service and deli. Eventually, called and then had to wait additional 10 minutes and the same girl that sent us back and forth came back with our platters...Explain how efficient is this.

  I had appointment booked for a B12 injection. When I arrived they did not even have in stock. Appointment rebooked and same thing They made it seem like no big deal to wait days. I am 4 days behind schedule now. I have a hip injury and getting in and out of the car is difficult and I also have a sick dog who I need to make arrangements for when I leave the house There was not even an apology and also there is a reason it was prescribed weekly by the physician. For them to say it’s no big deal if it’s not weekly is totally irresponsible

  Super unprofessional, habitually rude, and very little care for patient well-being. Will be making a formal complaint to the BC College of Pharmacists and encourage others to do so.
