Eventually, called and then had to wait additional 10 minutes and the same girl that sent us back and forth came back with our platters...Explain how efficient is this.

Appointment rebooked and same thing They made it seem like no big deal to wait days. I am 4 days behind schedule now. I have a hip injury and getting in and out of the car is difficult and I also have a sick dog who I need to make arrangements for when I leave the house There was not even an apology and also there is a reason it was prescribed weekly by the physician. For them to say it’s no big deal if it’s not weekly is totally irresponsible

So sad about the other customers as well who are old and still standing for one hour just to pock up a sensor for diabetes and they needed to be seated for after being stood stand for about 45 min. 🥲
