After about 15 minutes of looking at and trying on frames, I approached the counter with a few frames in hand. A few staff members who were not assisting customers, noticed me, but did not approach. I could see that Andrew was just finishing up with his customer when he noticed me at the counter. Once his customer left, he walked over to me and asked if I needed any help. After telling him I had not been helped, he apologized and said he would gladly help me. I want to thank Andrew at the Specsavers located at Sevenoaks Mall in Abbotsford BC, Canada, for helping me. Andrew was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable of the lenses that would best suit my vision needs. He was also patient with my indecisiveness while picking my frames. He provided honest and knowledgeable feedback regarding frames that best suited my face size. Andrew's customer service was outstanding because he was not only professional, but was also personable, funny, and easy to talk to. I will definitely return and recommend others to shop at Specsavers and to specifically request Andrew, if they shop at the Sevenoaks Mall location. Thanks again Andrew!!
