  Excellent experience with the staff everytime I go in there. On my last visit, Ayden helped me find the perfect frames that suited me, had a very comfortable and informative exam by Dr. Manpreet, and Zo gave me an excellent explanation on my options when it came to lens coatings, lens colours and what to expect with wait times for my glasses to arrive. Couldn't be happier.

  I was helped by a guy, not helpful. Got passed on to another guy. He was in training & was far more helpful to me. He actually was interested in finding me frames Id like. He went above & beyond! His name is Andrew. Thanks Andrew for being so amazing!

  Thank you Allison for your excellent help in booking our eye exams with Dr. Khangura, who was so professional and caring. Allison greeted us when we came into the store and helped us so much in picking out new glasses and sunglasses to our satisfaction. She made it a fun experience for both of us.   Fantastic service! Had my eye exam with Dr. Khangura and she was very kind and thorough. Was then introduced to Tat who was so wonderful and patient with me and answered all my questions and helped me pick out my glasses. She is a superstar!! Five stars for this location and the wonderful staff. I will definitely be back.

  I had to take one of my elderly parents there, so I decided to make an appointment for myself, too. It was a wonderful experience for me--my first pair of prescription reading-glasses...actually, two! I was going to settle for one pair, as I saw a cool "robo-style" frame, but that was it. Then the very helpful (as was everybody in there) lady reminded me that there was a special on a second pair. I mentioned that I knew about it, but I did not see any cool frames with wings or anything like that. Then she mentioned the Elton John collection that I had not seen. Long story short: while I still did not get frames with wings or anything overly-funky, I happily got two pairs of cool glasses. I am giving four stars instead of five because the optometrist, while being overall efficient and helpful, was abrupt and loud with my elderly parent--unnecessarily, especially because my parents are by far not "A"-grade English-speakers...and not hard of hearing. Post-shop-experience, I even got a follow-up phone-call! That was unexpected and very nice. Oh! Yeah! I also did not have to pay extra for a bag to carry out three pairs of glasses, lens-cleaner, and eye-drops! In conclusion, I almost cannot wait until I lose my distance-vision! :p
