  I am writing this to bring a serious matter to the attention of management. Unfortunately, we have had a very distressing experience at this facility regarding the conduct of a male staff member SURAJ Last week, my wife was subjected to inappropriate behavior by a member of your team. This individual was staring in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable and repeatedly attempted to make unwelcome advances toward her while she was trying to work out. A gym should be a safe, professional environment for everyone. Having staff members who treat the floor as a place to harass female members is completely unacceptable and a massive breach of trust. We chose this gym expecting a respectful atmosphere, but this experience has made it clear that there are significant issues with the professional conduct of the current team. We expect management to address this immediately. We will be looking for a formal response and assurance that steps are being taken to ensure no other members have to deal with this kind of behavior.

  I signed up for their 5 session training package with a female personal trainer. They put me with Emma who is a powerlifter, which was fantastic judgment on the gentlemen's part. They have a shes fit area this was a main point for me for coming into this gym. However, the broken equipment unmaintained equipment was incredibly disappointing. I am a first time gym goer and the hydro massage and infrared sauna are great. But I had really no idea how to use them, and I wasn't given a whole lot of directions. So that would have been great to have some assistance with. But that just could be my own lack of knowledge. And your shower heads really need to be maintained better. They spray everywhere, except for where they're supposed to. It's hard to get hot water out of them and there's minimal pressure. And in the ladies change room bathroom, there is always at least one sink that has an out of service garbage bag over top of it. I have been told upgrades are coming to the she's fit area and I look forward to seeing those up grades prior to locking myself into any more of your training packages for the cost that they are. The equipment should be maintained.

  I want to share my experience with a staff member named Jivan. Unfortunately, every interaction with him has been very uncomfortable. His attitude comes across as aggressive and unwelcoming, almost as if he is always ready to argue or create conflict. There have also been times when I had to call him multiple times, but he did not respond at all and instead showed a lot of attitude. This behavior is very unprofessional and makes it difficult to communicate or get any help. Customer service should make people feel respected and comfortable, but in this case, it feels completely opposite. Each time I’ve had to deal with him, the experience has been stressful, frustrating, and unpleasant. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary improvements are made, as such behavior creates a very negative impression.

  Very poor management and extremely disappointing experience. The staff does not know how to treat customers properly. Their behavior is unprofessional and rude. In particular, one staff member, Jeevan, was very intimidating and would stare in an uncomfortable way. I had multiple bad interactions where he spoke rudely without any sense of respect. A gym should feel welcoming and safe, but this place made me feel the opposite. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Needs serious improvement in customer service and staff behavior.

  Not a bad gym, but I definitely feel SORRY for new comers with their CRAP offer for regular $14.95 new membership! but its really $15.74 BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS membership! They should at least offer unlimited tanning for THAT regular rate membership. What’s worse is their GOUGING people with THESE initial ONE TIME ONLY enrollment FEE of $30.45 and THEN a ONE TIME ONLY only security card FEE of $21–Yoohoo!! you’re digital now! AND THEN their ONE TIME ONLY “price for life” nonsense FEE of $26.25. A total of $93.44 just to join! Let’s not forget their ONCE A YEAR $52.49 ENHANCEMENT FEE!! Also, what’s with the bi-weekly payments?? What’s wrong with the old once a month payments? Scamming to make it look cheaper are we?? Ridiculous!! These gyms need to be exposed for their gouging! Lucky I got in back in the day when prices were waaaay cheaper. I do still get billed for the annual enhancement fee though. Smh!
