  The pharmacist and his crew have bent over backwards to get my medications transferred from another Fry's. They put a rush on filling meds of mine that were confiscated by Mexico Aduana. They search out the best prices. No matter how rushed they are they always manage a warm smile. It is obvious to me that they take their job seriously and truly care for their patients. Any one star reviews that they get are nonsense.

  Jaqolyn and Brandon at the 24th Street location were extremely helpful in filling a prescription my wife desperately needed after undergoing double back surgery. One of the pharmacists at the Foothills location mixed up our insurance and was very rude, hanging up on the discharge nurse and my wife while trying to confirm her insurance information. We canceled the prescription at the Foothills location and transferred it to the 24th Street Fry's Pharmacy. Jaqolyn and Brandon were kind, patient, and took the time to help us.

  As a full time cross country traveler who depends on the Kroger family of stores to maintain my medication this is the only negative interaction I’ve had with a pharmacy of your multiple chains. Due to incorrect and In factual information given by multiple members of the team I was unable to fill medication for over a week that was back ordered. I was instructed the medication could not be transferred and given 3 different arrival dates. On day 7 I finally called the other fry’s location to determine if they had stock before I had my prescriber canceled the prescription and re-issue it they are. It turns out it was transferable and is now filled 15 minutes after making that phone call. poor customer service, and lack of caring clearly evident at this location.

  Staff here has always been so helpful and understanding (weekdays during the day) 5 star when there has been fraudulent insurance in my name that I did not sign up for , messing with my ability to pick up my medications that I need.... The ladies and gentlemen are professional and caring...
