- SKsamantha klein1 day ago1.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would; there is a problem every single time I try to collect my prescription refills. Even if the refill gets called in to be ready for pick up days in advanced, they never seem to have anything ready and will make you wait over an hour. God forbid you try to use the drive through as well! Every single time I attempt to use the drive through they insist on my coming inside to wait for my prescriptions which defeats the whole purpose of the drive through. The majority of the staff are unmotivated while the pharmacist himself is rude and condescending. The only time anything ever gets done expeditiously is if you cop an attitude right back at them. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on the people trying to get their prescriptions, just quit. This place is in serious need of a staff overhaul.

Called to verify my perceptions with a the nurse at ONVIDA after being discharged for 2 back surgeries, and the technician could not properly run my health insurance card. He asked for every number on my card. Then said he was too busy and I needed to call my insurance and get it straightened out. Then hung up on me and my nurse!
- MWMark WebsterJan 27, 20223.0Don’t like the long lines and waiting times. This is entirely due to fact they are overwhelmed by our visitors from out of state . Just look at the many extra vehicles crowding our roads, restaurants, doctor offices , pharmacies and anything free. Gee, they don’t answer your phone calls. I imagine there are others calling also. This season from what I’ve seen there are more people than ever before . Plus the Covid issues . Give it some thought before you vent .
