30 minute wait in line , only 3 in front of me.
1 pharmacist and 1 tech. That’s it. Who is not scheduling appropriate staff to cover the only pharmacy in town on a Saturday morning ?
I’m glad some customers have had a 5-star experience at this Safeway Pharmacy; unfortunately I have yet to experience anything better than 2-star service in the 3 years I have done business here. I’ll admit that I now try to use this pharmacy as infrequently as possible because of the dismal service. My recent experience in picking up a prescription was no different. I waited all afternoon for my text message telling me my prescription was ready. No text! Finally about 7:00 I called to check on it. After 5 minutes navigating a stupid phone tree, I was able to get a relatively live person. I think he said something like “Hold on,” (actually indecipherable) and then he was gone. When he finally came back I told him why I was calling and he looked up my prescription and told me it was ready. I mentioned that I hadn’t received a text, and he said, “Oh, too bad; sorry about that.” Then the long wait in line as they can only help one person at a time. No smiles, no thanks for using Safeway Pharmacy, no personal connection. Just handed me the prescription, asked if I had any questions, and told me the amount I owed. Terrible customer service skills! Safeway Pharmacy is fortunate that they are the only pharmacy in town, otherwise they would be out of business! I’m praying for a Walgreens to open one of these days!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to!! The staff is incredible! They are not only friendly, they go above and beyond every time I stop by. They always keep our meds in stock and if we need help they are more than happy to jump in and do anything they can to help us. Marc is amazing! He is a joy to see and he has helped me more times than I could say. I haven't met anyone here who hasn't been absolutely wonderful. The customer service is amazing and I hope everyone here knows how much we appreciate everything they do!
