This store serves as a training center for new managers. This being said, we wanted to single out the current trainee, Brandon. Brandon has a personality that befits a professional. He's cordial, engaging, friendly and always comes over to greet us in the mornings we are there. People like Brandon make us feel respected as customers. He will Excell at whatever position in the Safeway corporation he chooses. 5 stars !
- NHNancy HJul 21, 20231.0It’s so sad that the pharmacy doesn’t have adequate staff to take care of their customers. I’ve waited in line for over 30 minutes with a full cart of groceries to get a prescription. The staff they do have moves in slow motion. If they had enough staff they could open up another register and take care of people. Also they wouldn’t have to close during the middle of the day for lunch. I find the staff very unpleasant.
