- JPJoan ProstMar 12, 20265.0Dr Mackelprang originally gave me 3 choices for my problem. He explained each one thoroughly and then let me decide. The surgery treatment I chose was difficult and in the middle of it I had to have a tooth removed but not before the problem was explained to me. I had to make the decision. Dr Mack and his assistant are highly skilled, very gentle, and do their best to help you. Afterwards I was given a flower arrangement from the Dr and his staff. I was taken by surprise and completely overwhelmed by their kindness. My recovery has been without much pain although I was well prepared in advance with instructions and medication. This office is special. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
