  Words can't even come close to expressing how impressed and overjoyed I feel right now by the impeccable customer service and assistance I received from the moment I walked in. To be honest I was dreading having to pick up my mother's scripts from the pharmacy and to grab my Mom a few needed items due to the extremely poor treatment and assistance I received from the store's Manager and assistant Manager and pharmacy staff at the Broadway and Houghton location due to my son's appearance. After spending hours working on my truck my son looked dirty despite cleaning himself up, some of that oil just refuses to come off and because of that we were followed and harassed from the very moment we walked into that location it was a nightmare and have never been so insulted and embarrassed that we walked out and will never return to that location. So here we are again my son had worked for hrs on his grandmother's car so I absolutely dreaded the mere thought of going to another Safeway with my son after what we experienced at the BROADWAY & HOUGHTON location. Nobody should ever be treated and talked to the way we were treated and talked to at that location and I will NEVER return to that store ever again because of it, now the GOLFLINKS AND HARRISON SAFEWAY HAS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CURTIOUS, RESPECTFUL AND AMAZING STAFF I have ever seen and experienced in my life. I live 5 minutes away from the Broadway and Houghton location and 10 to 15min away from the GOLFLINKS and HARRISON location and the next time I need to go grocery shopping I will be driving the extra just to have another amazing experience just like the one I did today..I want to thank all of you for being so awesome at what you do more store's should take a lesson from all of you on how to treat their customers cause you guys are truly amazing and in this day and age due to all the ugliness and hateful way people behave we need more KIND, CURTIOUS AND BEYOND HELPFUL people like you. THANK YOU

  Ripped off again on the 40 cents off 100 dollars, and manager on duty just shugs. Employees unhappy, used to be the best store in town.

  I expect employees to respect social distancing. I do self checkout for a reason. When the employee almost pushes me out of the way to interfere with me checking out. I expect a signal like , excuse me, so I can step back 6ft. Why don't they get it!
