This has been my best pharmacy experience. Generally low wait times, very friendly staff and patient staff that answer any questions. I usually don’t have many, but today I had a couple. One was about not picking up my prescription in time so it was restocked. I was there to pick up another and asked if I could still get that one filled. It was the pharmacist, Jeff, who was ringing me up. He tells me to hold on, walks around the back, fills it and then checks me out. I’ve also witnessed a pharmacy tech patiently answer every one of an elderly lady’s questions with grace and patience when there was probably a line of 5 or 6 people. I know I would start to stress at seeing the back up, but the tech just kept reassuring her and answering what needed to be answered. This place feels more like an old school pharmacy vs the impersonal chains like CVS or Walgreens.

This is a bit of a long story so, I will relay the bottom line... I actually ran out of my prescription!! I spoke with the pharmacy 12 days before I would need the refill... nothing but excuses... as of this time, I still do not have my meds!! I will be looking to go elsewhere...

Customer service for food department is really bad, they take all the time to make and give you your food, I often waste 30 min of my 1 hour lunch just waiting to get my food. Food is good, just neeed more efficient people working behind counter.
