  Very professional staff, discreet, called me three times to confirm they received my order, the timing, and when it was ready for pick-up. Outstanding customer service; get to talk to people, ask questions, and have an interaction if you want it.

  I've used them three times for my dogs medication for Addision's Disease and my order has been wrong two out of the three times. They keep wanting to give me a plastic bottle for an oil based liquid medication. I have requested glass so there is no PFAS leaching into the medication. The fact that they don't do this standard for oil based liquids is concerning enough. My first time they called me to ask if I wanted one month or two month supply. I said two. When I arrived they had the one month prepared and no record of asking me or my request for two. This last time I requested a glass bottle ("same as last time") in the voicemail that I requested the refill. I show up and they have it in a plastic bottle. They offer to pour it into a glass bottle after it's been sitting in the plastic.... If you would listen to your customers you could have done it correctly the first time.

  This place always manages to piss me off in a new way. Bad customer service (waiting for nearly 20 min to buy something off the shelf and every time you're next the cashier walks away without looking at you), ignoring physician directions (needing smaller doses because pills can't be cut that small - "here's the same thing, just cut the pills!"), bad attitudes (sorry, I'm not a chemist, I don't know how things work and have questions!). It's not like you're usually going to a pharmacy because you're feeling great, but they somehow can't operate at a basic level and make me want to drive out of town to another compounding pharmacy.
