  Bought lab tests through Quest, showed up for my confirmed appointment only to be told Quest appointments can't be completed on Fridays. Here's an idea: tell the customer that during the scheduling process.

  I’ve been here 5+ times, yes they only do labs by appointment, however it is easy to schedule appointments online and they are super friendly, quick, and easy to work with. My appointment was 9:45 and we were early they were going down the line with an overfilled waiting room and still saw us by 09:30.

  We showed up at 3:25 and they refused to draw blood even though there’s two people working and nobody in the waiting area and they wouldn’t draw blood after 3:30. She said so I said well that’s great cause it’s only 325 then she said they’re by appointment only which as a physician I know is total crap and the fact that we’re standing there, they have absolutely nothing to do and they refuse to draw our blood as a doctor and as a patient I would never recommend this place this is a stain on theintegrity of Sonora quest I find this horribly disgusting in the fact that my fiancé is Hispanic I find it somewhat racist. I would never use this or recommend this facility.
