I enjoy my experiences having to go to those doctor. Having anxiety and heart issues everyone here is very nice and pleasant and welcoming. From the front staff to the nurses and the doctors. And the nurses and doctors go above and beyond and explain every detail and make sure you understand and have no questions. I highly recommend them to anyone needing cardiology! Thank you all!!

My boyfriend has been struggling with heart issues for 2 years. We wanted to get a second opinion from Dr. Spooner. We had an appointment scheduled a month out and they suddenly canceled it day of because someone had to go home early. No appointments available anytime soon. We had to get an appointment at an entirely different place and still have to wait a week. We have lives too. We are patients struggling, scared, in pain. Waiting an entire month for an appointment and then not being able to go get relief, answers something! Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going here again. We are more than just a number, a name on a screen. We are real people. Do better!

I'm biased. My cardiologist actually saved my life in the ER some years back. Clunky new online procedures? Long line to check in, and again to check out in the new location? Crowded parking? Don't care. I'm grateful to be alive.

I was unfortunately referred here back in 2019 and started seeing Dr. Makki for majority of the duration i was at this clinic until one day i got a call that Dr. Makki was leaving and felt i was in good enough health to not have to be seen here anymore. I automatically disagreed as i have been dealing with heart issues for some time with no answers just pills and scans. They said they would switch me to a really good EP who could help figure it out. They called me on Monday to let me know the provider who read my tilt test had availability to see me today. I haven’t seen anyone in about a year because of their horrible scheduling and inability to return calls so i jumped at that appointment quickly even though i was supposed to aee someone on Thursday. The provider i saw today was despicable. I’ve never met someone who already knew what was wrong with you before even getting to take a look at you, without running any test, without doing any further studying. Just taking a look at the testing that was already ordered over a year ago or two years ago or three years ago and said “there’s nothing wrong with you, You’re too young” and that was his only answer. Dr. Makki was nice but this provider had bad manners and was overall just very rude. He would not let me speak. Basically called me a liar and would not look at the stats that discovered my inappropriate sinus tachycardia to begin with and said the apple watch is not reliable but the apple watch found the heart issues before they did years ago so why would it be inaccurate now? Regardless, i am moving my referral and will be taking further action once i do discover what is wrong with my heart as i will not accept the bare minimum as an answer and i am highly disappointed in the lack of care i have received at this clinic.
As a healthcare provider myself, I was very disappointed by my experience here. It felt like I was being run through a mill. Very rushed appointments, little explanation or guidance after diagnosis, and poor patient collaboration. As a self pay patient, the billing experience was a disaster. The estimates for services were much lower than was actually charged and I had to wait on long holds many times to talk with billing who never seemed to know what was going on as there seemed to be poor communication between them and the clinic. I was also charged for an ECG that I declined. I do not recommend this provider.
