Ariana A. was fantastic, some of the best service I’ve had while looking for glasses. She made me feel like I was the only person looking for glasses and helped me know my insurance options, what frames looked good on me, and was just a joy to interact with! She deserves a raise or a bonus or a promotion! It was amazing watching her buzz around the store and address everyone’s needs with joy and attentiveness

I went in and asked if I could get my very expensive Iglasses cleaned. They rushed it and damaged my lenses and then the manager went on to blame me for the damage saying I shouldn’t have approached the associate and to respect the process? How is it I am supposed to know the “process”!!! Unbelievable!!! Why didn’t the associate say it will be a few minutes instead of just taking them and rushing it? That’s on them ! Then she went onto say that she runs her store a certain way and that it is what happens when it’s rushed ! So laughable that she literally blamed me for them damaging my lenses and all I did was walk up and ask if I could have them cleaned !!!
I have to say there is no more customer service in this country anywhere and the worst part is they don’t care if they lose customers because if they did they would stop treating people so horribly !
I have been with lenscrafters for years but after the treatment I received I will never use them again and I will tell others to stay clear of lens crafters especially the one at park place mall !

I purchased Prada glasses for my wife a few months ago. My wife had issues with them fitting and went in to get them adjusted. They treated my wife very poorly and the first question they asked was “if we actually purchased them from the store”. After a minute of them looking us up, they grabbed my wife’s glasses and bent them with their hand. They did not heat them up to make it bend easier and they did not offer to clean them after handling the glasses with their hands. It made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them and their attitude was very snobby.
We continue to have bad experiences at this location. A few months ago my wife was sold glasses cleaner and told that by purchasing it. We would be allowed to get refills for free. Once it was emptied we returned to the store and were told it was not true and basically treated like liars.
My wife and I will use our prescriptions elsewhere and hopefully find a store that is more courteous and professional.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
