    I switched to Fry’s on Valencia because I moved and it has been a frustrating experience! The pharmacy staff is too slow, rude, lazy, and they stand around and talk when you’re in line when they see you they ignore you and continue with their conversation. I waited 10 minutes in line as I watched them talk (NOT work related) they told me to hold on this is every time I go there! My previous Fry’s pharmacy on 22nd and Kolb was AMAZING! The staff was quick, knowledgeable, very friendly, and payed attention to their customers if I could go back I would and not recommend the Valencia location.

    They take forever, and they don’t even have prescription ready after the doctor had prescribed it hours ago.
