Well, they almost crippled me. The first few days I felt some relief and Then it progressively got worse when I went in the next time they didn't even know which foot was my bad foot so I had to tell them and the guy didn't even try to act like he knew what he was doing so that's a bummer. There is a strict no refund policy not even for the ugly shoes that are the wrong size they do say they'll give in-store credit so I'm going to find out if that's true I doubt it is. I have learned a valuable lesson, if they are not a medical doctor and anywhere that has a no refund policy is a scam!!! if they stood behind their product they wouldn't have that policy so I'm not even going to try since I did sign the paper saying so and I signed it cuz I believed that it might actually work so $1,600 later on top of the three podiatrist visits that I paid in full cuz I don't have insurance right now, I started a new business but yet I'm laying in bed almost crippled and have to stay here for quite some time to heal. There was a child in there one day when I was there and they were giving him arch supports cuz he was in sports and I just pray to God every night that they don't cripple that child these are not medical doctors they don't even make the arch supports custom for each person they just have a bunch of plastic in the back and they just keep trying until you say yeah that feels better they don't really listen cuz I kept telling the guy what I needed and he just doesn't listen they just give you whatever and you would think for $1,600 I could have got some new arch supports they were used that's really disgusting so I'll keep you posted on if I get store credit or not and if I do I'll just take the brand new ugly shoes that don't work and maybe resell them online might be able to get 5 or 10 bucks back. Don't let them cripple you too, talk to a podiatrist sincerely,

I went to the Tucson Marketplace/South Kino location to find a pair of shoes for my neuropathic, and hobbit shaped feet. Justice was the employee who helped me find shoes that, for the first time in my life, fit my extra wide and sensitive feet, all while assisting multiple other customers at the same time! Very informative, and professional. Thank you Justice for the incredible customer service. I'll definitely becoming back!

Headline: Saved my European vacation! The Good Feet Store is a total game changer. I made the mistake of going for a 30-minute run in men’s dress shoes with hard wood heels, and I dealt with the pain for six months hoping it would just go away. With a month-long trip to Europe approaching—where I knew I’d be walking 8+ hours a day—I panicked because I couldn't get a podiatrist appointment in time.
A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad they did. I worked with Justice Gee, who was incredibly professional and kind. He measured my feet, analyzed my gait, and fitted me with the right inserts. I left for Scotland and Ireland a few days later, and by day two of the trip, my pain was completely gone! I had zero issues the entire month. Justice clearly takes great pride in his work and knows exactly what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
