  I am not feeling very confident in Target Optical, I paid almost $600 for my glasses and exam and I still don't have my glasses. I have been told twice that my glasses have needed to be sent back due to the prescription not being correct. How much longer do I have to wait to receive my glasses? Why is the lab unable to get my prescription correct? This is very frustrating and I am regretting putting my trust in Target Optical! Prior to my apt, I read mixed reviews and wondered if I should give them a try, now I realized that I should have taken my business elsewhere!

  The staff here were very helpful before I even arrived in store. When I arrived they were very warm and informative. If you are in Tucson please go and schedule with them. And how convenient that it’s inside if a Target.

  Another trip to Target to do a variety of shopping and wanted to stop by the outstanding Optical Shop to thank Cynthia & crew again for their time & expertise on a recent service visit. I also took the time to pick out another pair of frames that had caught my eye on the earlier visit and this time I had the pleasure of being waited on by Dahlia. She took such good care of me and I was out the door in minutes with a new pair of glasses ordered, to be SEEN in only a few weeks! Thank you, once again, everyone for your kind & caring professionalism. It matters and I appreciate you!

  Wanted to recognize Cynthia at the Tucson El Con Mall Target store. So helpful. Didn’t blink an eye when I ask for help in making an adjustment on a new pair of glasses. Thank you so much for doing that! You’re wonderful! Such great service! I appreciated that very much.

  It took me immediately right after checking to see if my insurance was accepted I waited no more than 5 minutes did my exam took about 10 minutes to pick a pair of glasses that I really liked and was satisfied with the overall experience at the optical shop here. Thank you for making it so easy for me and taking care of my prescription with y'all.
