I was with my 3-year-old grandson, and he walked towards the exercise area. The girl at the counter rudely asked us to leave the place because it wasn't a place for children. It was very annoying! And I couldn't do my shopping because the child was with me.

Staff took their time explaining everything , tour , waiver , class verbiage , props , etc. Checked in with me all throughout class . I used class pass app to book and had zero issues .
