The layout and space of the club was one of the nicest I have seen of a Planet Fitness. The locker rooms had an ironing board, blow dryers, the showers were nice and clean - great for one traveling. Also, the black card spa was incredibly spacious and clean. 👍🏼👍🏼

I would highly recommend for anyone who is new to the gym to join PF in broadway and swan!

Staff was super friendly and the other guests were all low key, like you expect from a PF club. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the locker room was freezing cold. Not an issue for me, but a bit uncomfortable if you were to use the showers.

They're as crude, rude, lazy and insulting as they can be, it's far more important for them to play on the company phone and the company's clock than take care of business with the existing customers...... If these employees can't handle the job then they need to go elsewhere......

Spray bottles and paper towels are always available, so there is no excuse. Please put more signs up or remind people who do this that it's gross and they need to clean up after themselves.
