- BBBKNov 14, 20253.0I was a member here for over a year until I started getting overcharged for the more expensive membership. I contacted the retail manger for a partial refund and change in membership status. Her response took well over a week. She then quoted a 14-business-day processing window. It has now been over 40 business days, and I have received neither the refund nor a single update on the matter. I would still be a member today had the retail manager able to respond and take care of my overcharges in a timely and professional manner.
