Cannot get medical records sent to pulmonologist Even though I have asked repetitively only to be told to come back in and fill out another form. I was informed that the records were sent in August after I had requested them in May but the pulmonologist never received them. I don't understand how difficult it is to send records that are vital to other specialists. I just don't get it. Then continue to receive bills just because billing did not receive all the information I filled out from reception. It's not my responsibility to make sure they get the correct information that I already provided. When I asked who the manager was I was told they didn't know. Sounds suspicious. Maybe they just don't want the manager to know what's going on so I hope you read this. I have attempted many times to access patient records and even currently on the portal but they're not in there. I hope you know that your staff is not completing their job appropriately and when I requested a call back it was completely ignored by billing. I was told for the third time today that they're going rebill, I probably will receive another bill in the mail. I really hope a manager reads this..
