- CACassandra Alvarez2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at LensCrafters for the 2nd time. If you’re planning to schedule an eye exam, I would recommend avoiding the first appointment of the day. I arrived at 8:58 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment and went to the door. The manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming when I tried to check in, which made the experience start off very negatively. Customers who show up on time for scheduled appointments should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I do want to say that Dr. Stephanie Cooper, who performed my eye exam, was great. She was professional, kind, and actually the one who let me in and made the appointment itself go smoothly. My issue is strictly with how the manager handled the situation at the door that morning.
