- BBBrittany Brothers5 days ago1.0They say they care about there employees but they don't. If your really sick they don't care, they rather you work and get the client sick. They fired me for that and they didn't even call or text. They say ccommunication is the key word but it's a lie. They are very unprofessional like if your gonna fire someone call them. They say you have 3 warnings and this one would of been my first one. I wouldn't want my family getting care from them because If they can treat their employees this way then I wonder how they treat their clients. Stay away from this place. Way more better options then here. All they are is liers and unprofessional. I was not treated right

The last few weeks he also had Home Instead caregivers for several hours a day and they were such a help to both of us! I was confident he was well taken care of if I had to run errands. His main caregiver (Bili) was a gem...my husband could not understand her very well as he was very hard of hearing and she had an accent but they communicated through signs and fist bumps. She was way ahead of me in seeing what needed doing most of the time. I would definitely recommend Home Instead.
