- MTMelissa Tjalas5 days ago4.0X-rays cleaning and overall experience has been well. They advised me on three crowns two in the back teeth and one right in the front. I am enjoying the staff and the new dentist to the location overall. However, I have a temporary crown on my front tooth number nine that was just installed on Tuesday fell off on Thursday cemented on Friday morning. Came back out this Friday evening when I was having soup I don’t know if I just need to have a liquid diet until I get my permanent crown, but that is not an appetizing or a favorable deal. I hope that things can get fixed tomorrow, which is a Saturday. I will get my final review when everything is completed to let you know how things go. So far I did reach the on-call and they said to call tomorrow as of now I cannot eat anything for exceptions of liquid. Let us pray I can get through the weekend with my tooth permanent crown reattached thank you team. I hope everybody can work on this to continue my review.

- JCJoAnn CainJan 13, 20265.0This was my second time with using this dental office and I was very impressed with the atmosphere. All the ladies at the desk had wonderful personalities! Dr. Santiago was very friendly and had a great sense of humor as well as Destiny. The only thing that I could say about the experience was that I had spoken with Dr. Santiago and asked if he would sign my kidney transplant paperwork for Banner as I have to meet certain requirements before considering me for it. He agreed to do so the first time and when I came back and had showed him the paperwork that Banner did with the scan of my mandible as I didn’t understand the terms and I thought it would be helpful to get all the things addressed and continue coming back to this location as again it’s a pleasant place. He didn’t seem to be interested anymore in doing so. I don’t want to keep looking for another dental place when this is close to my work and I read reviews , that’s why I chose this place. I still have to return and get my permanent crown and hope that there is no problems with my Transplant Coordinator contacting them as well. Again I apologize if this is redundant to some extent but I’ve been in Customer Service jobs for many years and people read reviews. This is a great place to come check out if you need dental work but maybe speak with them personally before to see if they can help you out with any paperwork for a kidney transplant.
