- MMM MMar 6, 20261.0Completed all the new patient paperwork and submitted my insurance information prior to my appointment so it could be verified ahead of time. When I arrived for my scheduled visit, I was told that my insurance is out of network. This is something that could have easily been communicated before the appointment and would have saved me time and a trip. Very frustrating experience and disappointing lack of communication. 👎🏼

Every experience before had been great, on schedule and professional. Today's appointment was unacceptable and frustrating. If I have a repeat of the same scheduling fiasco I will be going elsewhere. Do better.

I was going to just Walk out I was so pissed but I stayed and seen the Dr they were ok I need to go back for a lot of work in my mouth I don't know if I want to go back to these offices...
