- FRFelix RomeroNov 23, 20211.0Fry's pharmacy automated system is lacking I called it in 5 days ago for a prescription to be filled nothing about not having a prescription or having to call the doctor for another prescription, a day later I get a text saying my prescriptions are ready, I find out when I get home there's two prescriptions I thought the one I called in was included but it was two prescriptions that were automatically filled when I notice that the ones I need are not there so I called pharmacy again using the automated system gave them the number of the prescription and it said if I needed them earlier to let them know and they said or it said that they would be ready at 9:00 p.m. so I go to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist tells me that they would have to talk to the doctor, first I heard about it so I asked him if they could give me some to get me by till my prescription would be fill, the pharmacist Adrian seem to have a problem with that he asked the head pharmacist if that would be okay and he said yes, Adrian comes back and gives me one pill he said that's all he had and if I didn't want it just to leave it, sounded like a little attitude to me I did not care for that at all. I'm switching pharmacies to Walgreens thank you very much!
