This the worst pharmacy I have had the displeasure of working with. They do not call either by robo or person, or text to inform you of problems with prescription or let you know they are available for pickup. I spoke to a person this morning who proceeds to tell me with an attitude that I need to tell him which medications are available, not only was he bold enough to say that, he went so far as to say that I should know what medications the doctor prescribed for me when I was the one who went to the appointment. I informed the pompous axx, that the script is sent directly to the pharmacy it is not given to the patients. I also asked what is their policy on notifying patients about prescriptions that are available? He states that “yes, they are supposed to notify patients that medications are available but they do not have the manpower to call every single patient, the patients are suppose to call and find out if they are ready or if their is a problem”. Well, at this juncture I feel that we should cut out the middleman so that we are not subjected to horrible customer service and nonexistent professionalism.
