  Ridiculous grocery pickup experience. They had 4 hours to pick the order, then when I get there, it's not ready and by the way, move to another spot when we bring the order out so it doesn't look like you've been waiting here a half hour and ding their performance numbers. Ya right, cancelled my order then and there, will not be back.

  Horrible customer service from the male workers there, except for Jose. I have been having problems with that team for a while. SO has my wife and friends. People are not pleasant at all there (the female worker are great). They are not customer friendly and if given a chance they hang up the phone if they can't hear you for a couple seconds. I understand that they are busy. However, have patience with the call please. Needless to say my family and friends are not going there anymore as they have been having problems as well. They need some motivational interviewing training as the customer comes first. Treat each customer as if you have the time for them and they wouldn't have these problems. They were very disrespectful to say the least.
