- PRPazuzu RitterNov 17, 20251.0This pharmacy has earned every low rating that they get. The customer service is appalling, and the employees have passed ineptitude and have gone straight into intentional neglect. Apparently, it is now acceptable to just not answer the phone. I have spent 2 hours trying to find out the status of my HEART medication, and their phone just rings and rings until you are eventually hung up on. I went through the "automated computer" answered all its questions, and it said "Please hold for a pharmacy technician" where it rang and rang until I was hung up on. I then called customer service, who confirmed they were open and said they would transfer me to the pharmacy and make an announcement over the PA that they have a call. Where it rang and rang until I was hung up on. Ironically, whenever I'm actually in the store, those pharmacy employees are standing around bullshitting with one another as if they're at recess in high school. Just remember, this pharmacy doesn't even care enough about you to answer their phone.

They always treat me like I'm inconveniencing them. Standing around visiting with each other instead of acknowledging customers. Plenty of other places to get my medications filled, why should I keep coming back for more of this? I won't. I'm done. What has happened to customer service in this country?
