Those pharmacy workers at 555 are THE MOST helpful and considerate and professional especially Brenda ,Lynn and Stephanie I'm not acostomed to people that good anymore. If I ran a business I would treat them like Royalty.

They told me my prescription would be done at 3pm. Showed up at 3pm… they told me another 20-30 minutes. Got a coffee and came back 30 min later and they told me another 20-30 minutes… by far the absolute worst pharmacy I have been to. Friendly staff but competency level is 1/10.

Pharmacy has greatly gone downhill in last year. AI on phone is terrible with speed and sending orders. Staff blame AI if cannot find rx order. Then they they blame doctor office, but office has record of sending info. Week without rx while the order gets passed between Dr and pharm. Last year, Frys just got it done. No blame. No delay. Much apology. Now, its "You must have something wrong" to the customer. Location is convenient but I need to look elsewhere. Safeway?

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to in my life and I’m 45. This pharmacy needs to be shut down completely incompetent people and incompetent pharmacist. I will be transferring all my prescriptions out of that pharmacy ASAP.
