Spoke with Eyemart Express on the south side about what I needed and was told to go back to Costco for help. I didn’t need help, I needed frames. Called Eyemart Express on Broadway and spoke to Stephanie about my issue. She asked for my info and said she had the frames in stock. Purchased and they installed my lenses. Simple and easy. Great service, great attitude, great prices.

- TPThomas PMar 4, 20265.0Nolan was the best eye professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I went to five different eyeglass shops in town today. All of them were scam artists trying to sell me things I don’t need or tell me I have to do certain things because I have certain types of glasses. Many of them tried to overcharge me with some locations as high as $400 for just a set of replacement lenses. Nolan was fantastic. He listened to my concerns took good care of me, and gave me what I needed. Nolan got me out the door with a warranty for 160 bucks. Now that is service with a smile, going above and beyond, and taking care of their clients. That’s why I’ll keep coming back to this particular store. Not only for myself but my family and friends. Thanks again for the great experience, honesty, and clear cut service.
