The prices aren't as good as I had expected (unless you are will to settle for cheap, thick, plastic lenses instead of polycarbonate ones and you find $19.95 frames you actually like). The person who assisted me with the order was a friendly guy but EXTREMELY PUSHY. He wanted to sell me everything but oceanfront property in Kansas. I kept saying no and he simply ignored me. By mid conversation, I had an overwhelming urge to get a roll of duct tape. I was told my glasses would be ready in 10 days. They were, but nobody bothered to contact me. I scheduled time in my busy week to pick up the glasses when they were supposed to be ready. Due to an employee's incompetence, I didn't have time to get them for nearly another week. At least the person who adjusted the frames was competent. Given the overall experience, I may not buy glasses here again.
