If you have ClassPass , I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The old lady with frizzy blonde hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 6:04, and she refused to let me join because I didn’t have grip socks. I explained that their website states there’s a five-minute grace period and that socks are optional since I planned to go barefoot. She then announced she was the general manager (even though I never asked) and spoke with a bad attitude and zero empathy. It’s unfortunate because this studio was the one I planned to join since it’s closest to my new apartment, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had the worst experience at this Club Pilates in Tucson. This Club Pilates location only cares about money, not its members. You lose class credits if you’re even 5 minutes late, and the waitlists are always long. Other studio allow you to reschedule the class without losing credit because they care about their customers. The classes themselves are basic, rushed, and not worth the cost. Most of the five star reviews are fake.
Even worse, if you try to cancel, they keep charging you monthly fees and add a “termination” fee. Their contract is full of predatory language that traps people and even those with medical conditions are denied reasonable accommodations.
This is not a business that values customer service or community. It’s one that preys on loyal and vulnerable customers just trying to stay healthy. Save your money and support a studio that actually cares about people, not profit.
