    I absolutely love training at BFT Foothills. The facility is super nice and very well maintained. The coaches are helpful, supportive, and very knowledgeable. The training program is well structured and challenging, and I genuinely feel like I’ve made significant gains toward my fitness goals since starting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coaching and results-driven workouts. 💪

    BFT is wonderful! I love the trainers, they are all very sweet, knowledgeable, kind, patient and responsible in making sure you are performing the exercises safely and effectively. The variation in class style day to day allows for a very well rounded work out throughout the week. The cardio days are crushers but feel amazing, and in just 2 months I’ve felt a massive shift in my fitness level, strength, endurance, and find it incredibly beneficial for mental health as well. If you’re looking to start a workout journey BFT will definitely help you get there in the least intimidating way. It’s also a great fit if you want to level up from where you are, or looking for more structure in your routine, like me. Finally, the other members are lovely people and it’s all around great vibes and lots of fun. I tried F45 for several weeks prior to being introduced to BFT and hands down recommend BFT between the two in every way. It’s more affordable, more flexible with membership structure, no weird hidden fees or cancelation clauses, more personable, and I would say a more serious exercise class overall. I’m very happy to have found BFT! Big thanks to all of the instructors!

    The gym is clean and has great equipment! I have been a member for almost a year and can’t speak highly enough. The coaches are wonderful, smart and supportive. They all have great understanding and experience in fitness, know good form and ensure they’re paying attention and asking questions to make sure people won’t get hurt.

    BFT is one of those rare gyms that genuinely feels good to walk into. The coaches are attentive, knowledgeable, and care deeply about form and long term progress, not just pushing people through a workout. The programming is challenging without being reckless, and the culture is consistently positive and supportive. This place has been a huge part of my consistency and accountability, and the progress I’ve made over the last six months speaks for itself.

    BFT has given me back my health. I train 5 to 6 times per week. When I first started there 8 months ago, I was severely out of shape. With the help of the coaches, I have lost weight and gained muscle. You know the show Cheers where everyone knows your name. The coaches and members are very inviting. I'm always welcome by my name. Even when I'm having a really tough day and I can always go there and feel part of a community. I've learned so much from both the members and coaches, and they are always willing to teach. I highly recommend the gym.
