Barre3 is the best exercise class I’ve ever done!! Love the structure, love the fact that we can all do the class at our own level at the same time! It’s made me stronger & more flexible than I’ve been in decades! In the past 2 years I’ve been able to return to Barre3 classes following hip replacement & now 3 months post knee replacement & it feels fabulous to be back to class! Trust me, I’ve always exercised (because I love to eat) Barre3 is the first time I’ve ever loved exercise! 🤣🥰 come on out & try it, great friends are waiting for you!

I have never attended any sort of workout class before Barre3 and would mainly workout at home. The first class I took with barre3, I was instantly obsessed with the workout, and the way exercising in this setting really made me push myself . The workouts are challenging and really push you, but are also fun and the instructors are so supportive and warm. Barre3 Tucson is such a wonderful community that I’m so happy to be apart of!

I was invited to try Barre3 by a close friend who’s been going there for years and speaks so highly of it. As someone who lives in Tucson, I was really looking forward to experiencing a studio that’s supposed to be about strength, healing, and community. But unfortunately, my first visit left me feeling disappointed and not because of the workout, but because of how we were treated. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming at first, but when I arrived just a few minutes late, they wouldn’t let me into class due to a strict “doors-closed” policy. I understand wanting to avoid disruptions and for safety reasons, but sometimes things just don’t go as planned, especially for busy parents, students, or anyone navigating health issues or mobility challenges. That kind of rigidity felt out of step with the spirit of Tucson, where most local businesses understand that life happens and tend to lead with compassion. What really rubbed me the wrong way was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of taking the experience as a learning opportunity, the owner followed up with my friend (who had simply tried to help me get into class) and essentially blamed her for the situation. That kind of response doesn’t sit well with me at all. In a town like Tucson, where word-of-mouth and local support matter so much, a business should know better than to make customers feel disrespected and unvalued. Barre3 might offer a great workout, but the way we were treated just didn’t align with the values of warmth, community, and flexibility that so many locals expect from the places they support. The workout was fine but the overall experience was unpleasant. I’d rather spend my hard earned money at other fitness studios where I can get the same workout and feel valued for my business.

Hands down the best workout with skilled, knowledgeable, and reassuring instructors that love what they do!! Such a beautiful studio with the most encouraging and strong community!! Love all the modifications for my knees and lower back. Lots of physical therapy moves to help with injury prevention, increasing mobility, and feeling strong in everyday life. Trained me for all 3 of my births, prenatally, postpartum, and beyond. Love the new functional strength training too! My kids also love the play lounge’s guided play. Over the moon happy that Tucson has B3 back! Thank you Dana & Melissa!

I've been doing Barre3 for a little over a month now. I can't recommend it enough. I have more strength and more flexibility which helps for everyday activities. My plantar fasciitis hasn't been bothering me at all for the last few weeks and this is the only thing I've changed. If you're looking for something to help your whole body be stronger and more limber, this may be what you're looking for. 10/10 recommend
