  I recommend this allergy center. The doctor is very good and very knowledgeable. I have not been to an allergist in years and she got to the bottom of the issue quickly and we have started a plan

  Most of the time it is easy to get shots here. Not today. The front desk clerk acted like I wasn’t on the schedule even though I was and had the text and online checkin confirmation to prove it. Then a 20+ minute wait even though I was on time and nobody else was ahead of me in the waiting room. They charge $50 if you don’t confirm 24 hours in advance. Maybe they should pay me $50 for screwing up my afternoon. Frustrating.

  Huge problem with AI....do not respond to the threat of charging an extra $50 if you do not fill out their form with your finger in the car. I did not fill out the paperwork in the office and it messed up my entire appointment. The Doctor, Dr. Kucera, is exceptional! Very professional. For some awful reason, she treated me as an asthma patient and not for my seasonal allergies and food allergies that I was there for. I blame this on their paperwork that I was forced to do by one finger of the side of the road a week ahead of time, not realizing that there was no info asked on my history of these issues.......so what I went to see her for was Not handled. This must change. It is a failue due to the system. I am very upset.
